第五端：照顧病人

「我患病，你們看顧了我。」（瑪25 :36)

患病時，我們會渴望得到別人的關懷及主的愛。事實上耶穌曾多次施展祂大能的手，主動地治癒病患受苦的人，尤其當耶穌被釘在十架上受苦時，卻安慰架下一直看顧祂的聖母瑪利亞的心靈。所以無論你是病患或看顧者時，你願意效法耶穌，成為祂的手去安慰他人嗎？

The Seven Corporal Works of Mercy
5th “Visit the sick”

“… I was sick and you visited me.”(My 25:36)

We would desire being taken care by others and God’s love when we are sick. Jesus did embrace the suffered with His love to cure them at all time, and even when He was being hung on the cross, He comforted His Mother Holy Mary who was looking at Him at the foot of the Cross. Therefore, would you follow Jesus and be His hands to comfort and give hopes to the needy?

Chan Chi Yau Monica
Born Catholic, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Now is interior designer and Art educator.
Creation change from painting to 3D and specialize in ceramics in recent years.
